    They use sugar cane to make ethanol, which is much more efficient than our brilliant plan to use corn.

    India uses cow manure to make methane and most houses use it for cooking

  6. Brazil.  Brazil is working on removing it's self from the global oil market, to be independiant from oil all together is a goal they are striving to achive. Currently all gasoline sold in Brazil must have a minimum of 26% alcohol blend, but those with FLEX-FUEL vehicals can opt for E100(100% Ethanol) and is selling for 1/2 the cost of blended fuel.
