What would you recommend for a teen right out of high school to live?

I personally love the US. If you were to come here from another country, I'd recommend one of the southern states of California. They seem to be more taking of other countries. California is a huge melting pot of absolutely everything and they don't have an "accent" so it might be easier. But here in the south, if you come to Virginia Beach, we have every single culture and such because we're one big military base of every language, culture, ethnicity, ect. So I'd recommend those =)

Myself France but not in a city.

If you really want to know then you need to visit France yourself. Take a year out and travel the country see a few different parts of it and if you like it then your decision is made. No one knows but yourself.

I would want to live in France.

But I wouldn't want to live in a big city like Paris I would actually want to like in the country and as for a person right out of high school I would say they should live in city bustling with people.  I would say the best place like that would be London England.

USA... because my family has been here since there were people on this country.. i doo not plan on leaving anuhuak (the native name for USA) any time soon. =)
