I would have to look them up and see what they have to offer.. I know NOTHING about either place...But I heard France doesn't like Americans that much and it is expense to live there...But I would do my homework on both before I made a choice.

i would rather live in marselle, france. I cant speak dutch, and i know alot of people who live there. Also, i prefer the sunny climate and the warm mediterranean sea.

I have been to both and would chose the Netherlands. The people are more friendly.
