Which county to go for the first european trip?

for young couple?

we already decided on paris but would like another county..

top choices are spain, england, italy, vienna and prague.

Prague is beautiful! It's also very walkable (unlike London and Paris which are also very noisy and terribly busy !!!)

London since it has such great public transportation as does Paris.  Very convenient for getting around on your own.

Prague is absolutely breathtaking. You can get around on foot if desired.

England is good, too. London is huge.

I agree that England is very good choice. Italy is also spectacular - Florence, Rome and Venice are must sees.
