  3. Here's a rhyme to remember eye movement: four, five and six make your eyes do tricks....hope that helps.

  4. Here's a way we were taught in school to remember which nerve affects which muscle

    LR6   SO4    (lateral rectus is controlled by the 6th and superior oblique is controlled by the 4th)

    All the remaining muscles are controlled by the 3rd cranial nerve
