Which cream should i use?

i am 13 and on my arm like near my shoulders i have these like red small pimples like red and sometimes they itch i dont which cream is right or maybe theres another way like warm water or something do u guyz know???

Could be eczema. Ask your mom to take you to the doctor to be sure. Not a big deal but you do need prescription cream from your doctor. If that is not an option try hydrocordizone cream. That wont make it go away but will help with the itch.
