  1. go to target and apply for a target store card the starting limit is $200, If you pay your balance for 6 months they will upgrade it to a target visa with a $500 limit, keep paying your balance off in six month they will increase it to $1000 limit, I had my card for 2 years and do not know if they will increase it again or not. But $200 is very easy to pay off each month. But I really only use mine to buy diapers. Mother of 2 in diapers and one more on the way.

  2. Well if you are just starting your credit Capital One cards are the easiest cards to get.  Also check with your bank or credit union to see if they can offer you a card.  Never apply for 2 credit cards within 45 of each other it makes the credit card companies think you are really desperate for money.  Also never apply for more than 2 or 3 credit cards per year.
