Of Course Australia

They won 16 test matches in a row between (late 2005-late 2007) They also won 2 matches against the West Indies in 2008 and 1 test match vs England in 2005, plus 1 test match win vs the All Star XI. So that is 20 test match wins in 3 years. No other team will have got close to that, South Africa will have probably been the nearest, but they have only won around 10! Australia have been the dominant force in test cricket from 2005-2008! there have been signs that Australian cricket is on the decline but who knows?

ODI's- Australia again! They won every game at the Cricket World Cup, which is 11 games, plus they won a few ODI series (for example 5-2 away at India). Although they never dominated ODI cricket between this period, it is still likely, because of there consistent form home & away that Australia will have achieved the most victories in those years! South Africa & India will not be far behind!
