Which cruise line offer good sushi (sashimi)?

Question

I'm planing fpr cruise to Bermuda or Alaska and I'm looking for a cruise line that offer the best sushi. I've only been to Star Princess (W. Caribbean) but they didn't have sushi there.

Although I do not like sushi - Royal Caribbean has a beautiful Sushi bar.  All of their ships offer it.

Carnival ships offer  fresh sushi every evening -- very nice

Crystal has wonderful Japanese restaurants.
