My friend and I are in our early 20's and we are planning a cruise for June. We do want to have a great time, and I am having a hard time figuring out which cruiseline to take. We are leaving out of Los Angeles, CA. It will be a 4 day cruise.

Which cruiseline is better??

Why??

Thanks so much!!!!

  1. Hi! You can try a Greek islands cruise at http://www.cruise.gr

  2. check this web site out it will help you out! It will tell you about many cruises and what they are all about!

  3. I assume you guys really like to have fun and are aloud to drink and maybe gamble since you are in your early 20s and everything and i would say for your type of enjoyment I would take Carnival except they might go out of long beach and I would also recommned a ocean view stateroom as they are nice but not like a luxury sweet and everything. So I hope the helps and Bon Voyage.

  4. For your age, Carnival is the best, hands down !

  5. yep...I agree with all the others:  Carnival wins in my opinion too, hands down, without a doubt.  I've been on quite a few, and Carnival is for young people your age.  You'll have a blast.

    Try this site:  iBtraveling.com

This is where I always find a great travel deal.

Have fun and good luck!  I'm sure you'll find something pretty cheap.  Just find the cheapest cabin with a window/porthole.  You'll do fine.

  6. If you're looking to party and have an exciting time, I would go with Carnival.  If you want more of an "upscale" experience, without the wild times, go with Princess Cruises.  Royal Caribbean and Norwegian are nice too.

  7. Well Carnival is a young atmosphere to begin with, and there is good entertainment. I will note though, in my experience (I went on a Carnival cruise when I was 18 & 23) Carnival is geared even more to young families, as in kids under 18. If you go on a Carnival cruise in the summer then beware that it WILL be overrun with young kids and teenagers.

A friend of mine went on a Royal Caribbean this summer and she said it was a blast, it was geared to a young crowd, but not too young, and that she and her friends had the best time. They met a lot of other people their age, and they are all in their early 20s.

It sounds like you're going on a "party cruise" anyways, lol. That seems to be what 3 & 4 day cruises are. I don't think you'll have a problem having fun no matter what line you cruise with, those cruises tend to draw in a young crowd.

  8. In the mexican baja market that you are sailing...

Carnival cruise line is reported to have a better selection and quality of food.  It has a cleaner ship.

Royal Caribbeans Monarch of the seas will have a rock climbing wall that is hard to access.  This itinerary also includes San DIego (visit the famous zoo, lego land, seaworld) instead of just a day at sea.

  9. carnival is more suited for your age group i have heard . have fun.
