Which cruise lines are the best employers if you're a chef?

I'm a chef and am going to work for a cruise line. Are there any in particualr you'd recommend working for, and why? I don't need anyone teling me not to do it 'cause they work you like a slave. I'm a chef, I already work 70-80 hours a week. Just looking for recommendations. Thanks ()=) ) :-)

  2. Personally, I would go for the smaller cruise ships!

    why? Less mouths to feed.. with higher and quicker career prospects from slave to head chef :P

    depends where your based, im uk.. try Saga Cruises or Fred Olsen.

    Then once you made head chef, then goto bigger ships where you can really start making money as head chef.

  3. I personally believe RCCL(Royal Caribbean Cruise Line) treats all employees very well. As a chef, you will have the joy of serving 1,500 + guests aboard everyday. The atmosphere is always pleasant. I respect the Chef's who can create such wonderful dishes in so little time every single day.
