  1. Freedom of the seas hands down.

The freedom has the flowrider which

no other RC ships that arent in the Freedom Family

    have them

Id take Freedom or Liberty because they are brand spankin

new ships. I took a Carnival Sensation trip in November

the ship looked old, and really crappy

I found out it was 20 years old by one of the bar tenders

  2. Go to RCCL's website and do your homework.

    www.royalcaribbean.com/

  3. The Freedom and its sister ships the Liberty and Independence are the larger ships.  The Adventure is in the same category as the Mariner, Navigator, Explorer, and Voyager.  The ships are very similar is their layout, both have a promenade mall down their center.  Bot have an ice skating rink but the Freedom has the flowrider for surfing on the back and the Adventure has a roller blading track.  I have been on both ships and my first impression of the Adventure was that it is a smaller verson of the Freedom.

  4. freedom and I like it a lot better than the adventure of the seas. I wanna say the best thing about the new ships is on their RC TV they tell you the depth of the water that you are going over.

  5. The Freedom is bigger then the Adventure.

  6. The Freedom of the Seas is about 14% bigger than the Adventurer of the Seas.

The Adventure of the Seas began sailing in 2001 and is approximately 138,300 tons (tons in this case is a size rating, not a weight rating).  It is 1020 feet long and 155.6 feet wide at the beam.

The Freedom of the Seas began sailing in 2006 and is approximately 158,000 tons.  It is 1112 feet long and is 183 feet wide at the beam.

The Adventure of the Seas is a Voyager class ship.  The Voyager of the Seas was built in 1999 and was at that time the largest cruise ship.  It introduced the Royal Promenade (a four deck tall central atrium that is about 400 feet long), an ice rink, an inline skate track and a rock climbing wall (rock climbing walls have since been added to all the Royal Caribbean ships).

The Queen Mary 2 began sailing in 2004.  At 148,500 tons it was at the time the biggest passenger ship and is still the biggest ocean liner.  It is 1132 feet long.

The Freedom of the Seas currently shares the title of the world's largest cruise ship with its sisters, the Liberty of the Seas and the Independence of the Seas (which will begin sailing later in 2008).  The Freedom class has everything the Voyager class has except it has a Flowrider (a surfing simulator) instead of the inline skate track ...

The Freedom class also introduced a boxing ring and a mini water park known as the H2O Zone ...

In 2009 Royal Caribbean's project Genesis (the two ships have not been named yet) will begin sailing.  At 220,000 tons it will become the world's largest cruise ship.  It will be 1180 feet long.

  7. They're pretty close, but Freedom is bigger

Adventure of the Seas: max 3,838 passengers

Freedom of the Seas: max 4,375 passengers

What Freedom has that Adventure doesn't:

    -Flowrider (surf simulator)

    -Boxing ring

    -H20 zone water park

    -Chops Grille (steakhouse)

    -Johnny Rockets

-Hot tubs that stick out over the side of the ship (it's pretty cool)

Otherwise, they are very similar ships.  Even though Adventure is five years older than Freedom (2000 vs. 2006) RCI keeps us their ships very well.
