  4. Traditionally, you named all of them.

  5. cantonese

  6. Most SEA countries don't regulalry use chopsticks, other than the Chinese populations of those countries. I know a lot of people here who can't use chopsticks, and many who can't use them very well.

  7. Americans eating chineese food

  8. Probably Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos and Thailand also.

  9. Some Americans

  10. filipinos, cambodians, myanmar, mongolian, nepalese etc.

  11. chinese, japanese, taiwanese, korean, vietnamese, not just in a cultural sense!! asians all over the world use chopsticks, even europeans use it! it doesnt matter bout the nationality, or culture... lol... because u will find asians living in western worlds who dont live by that, would u still call them authentic??

  12. Some North Americans and Europeans.

  13. All of Southeast Asian countries commonly use chopsticks:

    1.  Thai

    2.  Laos

    3.  Cambodians

    4.  Burmese (country where Myanmar is located in)

    5.  Singaporeans

    6.  Indonesians

    7.  Filipinos (F-i-l-i-p-?)

    8.  Malaysians

As well as other Asians and Eurasians who are raised in traditional households in all other countries overseas, such as Hawaiians, other U.S. states, Europe, South & Central Americans, and even Caribbean islanders (such as my friend who was born & raised in Trinidad, because her great-grandma was Chinese).

For other neighboring countries, such as Mongolia, Nepal, Bhutan and India, chopsticks are not a common cultural practice.  Bhutan is more closely related to Tibet.  Although Tibet is geographically and politically part of China, unless they are directly partial Han-descent, their culture and even written language are completely different from Chinese.  Mongolians were nomadic tribes of people, who didn't have much relation with the Chinese until they ruled over China during the Yuan Dynasty, which was when they learned much of what was considered as "more civilized" style of living, including using chopsticks.  Other than mixed descendants and cultures, it is not common practice of Mongolians to use chopsticks.
