I mean which team is usually atleast in the top three for best stats since that team has been around? Or atleast the past 10 years?

That's impossible to tell because every team has good years and bad ones.  

Giants and Cubs are the only 2 teams in the MLB with 10,000+ wins, so I'll say those 2 teams.
