Michael Waltrip and Carl Edwards....I can see them both in the booth. They are both very illiterate and have a sense of humor. Michael has the gift of gab more than any current driver there is.

Kevin Harvick, Kyle Petty and Dale Earnhardt, Jr. Harvick commentated the Bud Shootout and I was impressed with his commentating. Jr. and Harvick were on FOX a couple of yeard ago at Sonoma and Petty...well, he usually commentates most of the TNT races because he is so bad he misses all of his races.

I think Edwards will be a good commentator. 88 Dominates, Petty has a contract with TNT, he doesn't work for them because he missed the race. It is planned. Way to be a fan.

I also think that Elliott Sadler would be a good commentator. Mikey does a pretty good job on the Truck commentary. I also liked when Kyle Petty did commentary last year since it gave us the perspective of a NASCAR veteran.

robby gordon hes been in many different types of racing.

Elliot Sadler. He is funny and seems to love the camera. Just hope no more stage diving! I bet those rabbit release Tylenol comes in handy.

Well to be different...

I think Jamie McMurray, Matt Kenseth, Kyle Busch (now theres some exciting commentary), Carl Edwards, and Tony Stewart would make good ones. However, NASCAR would need to be tape delayed if Tony became a commentator, that way they could work in the BLEEPS.

Elliott Sadler. He seems to be a natural ham and comfortable on camera.  Same thing with Michael Waltrip.
