Normally I'd say Phoenix, but I'd rather see Florida go. The NHL doesn't need two Florida based teams.

  1. Are you serious!?!

Every team deserves one, what got them one in the first place?

You know, theres always gonna be fans like you..that love there team-- even if its not always sold out, or even if they are horrible to watch.. every night. You can't take it away from them. Also, if more cities want to be in the NHL; expand the NHL then.

..So...NO team should be stripped of their hockey team.

  2. Florida Panther

  3. pheonix

  4. florida either one

  5. i think nashville or florida

  6. Not the Panthers, people enjoy hockey down here as well.

I'd love to see an NHL team back in Winnipeg but:

    a) not at the expense of an existing fan base

    b) the corporate sponsorships needed to support a team financially don't exist in Winnipeg.

  7. Yea, Florida has got to go. Florida only needs one team and Tampa has won the Cup so that gives them the upper hand.

  8. Florida or Nashville. neither has a fan base that would rival Winnipeg

  9. agreed.

    i'd consider Atlanta also.

  10. Carolina Hurricanes. I don't even think they knew they won Stanley down there!

  11. St.Louis.

That team hasn't done nothing since Hull left. They don't have a good fanbase either.

  12. all the sun based teams have a great chance of relocation. hopefully. i'd like to see one in quebec city too.

i chose the more diplomatic answer. i'm sure someone is going to come to their senses and put in the atl team as a pick. i also agree with the whole florida 2 team, cali 2 team thing.

phoenix was on the radar...before gretzky went there...but even the great one can't do anything for that team.

thanks you. hahaa. i think atlanta should strongly be considered. and although most times i like zathers replies, i just have to disagree with him. sun belt areas do not need to have two teams. it breaks the law of hockey everywhere. :P

  13. Nashville

  14. Preds

  15. I agree with the Florida Panther. They already have the lightning and no one goes to Panther games. All canadian teams' games sell out, so as a fan of hockey i would like to see the Panthers move.

  16. Normally I'd say Montreal, just in case Quebec ever manages to separate from Canada... but since that's unlikely... I'm going to say Edmonton.

If Florida, a state with 18MM people and a economy greater than all of Canada doesn't need two teams, no-way does Alberta, a provence of just 3.1MM people. Plus Oiler fans are hardy enough to make the 1,450km drive for games anyway!

  17. No team needs to relocate. Every team is fine where they are.

Is it really fair to say take the Panthers away? What about the true Florida fans who really care about their team? Can you honestly take it away from them?

Just make Winnipeg a whole new team.

  18. florida, they don't need two team

  19. Florida Panthers.  Florida doesn't need two teams, and since Tampa has won a Cup, the Panthers make them the better choice.

  20. Florida, Carolina, Nashville, St. Louis
