The top one! The botttom is a promo, but the top you actually have to pull from the packs.

The first picture is more rare because, the alternate art (heads looking to the left also worth 1-3 dollars - too many people bought the pack) is from a Blister Pack which you can get easily but the first one is from the Cybernetic Revolution Pack, which is hard to pull. Hope this helps!
