Which day and time should I list on ebay?

These are so-so answers so far.  I list mine in accordance of how it conveniences me. By the same token, I like them to end at a decent evening hour - say 8pm, in prime time, when people are active, home and off work.

list around 8:00 am and before a holiday

doesn't really matter - if it's a hot/desired item, you'll get bids, no matter what
