Which daycares are caring and responsible in San Gabriel Valley area?

I'm looking for a daycare in the San Gabriel Valley area for my 2 year old son. Besides having a well-rounded program, caring and responsible teachers, I'd like to find a place that opens til 6:30pm with a lower ratio of kids to teacher than 12:1. Any recommendations?

Naeyc is the voluntary accrediting agency in the states.  They have standards which are much higher than any "state minimum requirements".  Their website also has guidance for questions to ask and things to look for when you visit.
