Not too many surprises in the top 10 versus last year.  A lot of experts seem to think Georgia is the team to beat.  The biggest movers (over last year) should be Wisconsin and Texas Tech.  

I'd like to see South Florida not fold like they did last year; I remember when they were a 1-AA program (not too many years ago) and an afterthought in terms of recruiting decent players.  Florida is loaded with great talent though.

BYU (from the Mountain West) is being picked as the non-BCS team to make a BCS game this year.  Their only challenges are back to back games AT Washington (#70 in the country according to Sports Illustrated) and home against UCLA (#64 in the country according to Sports Illustrated).

Fresno State (from the Western Athletic Conference) could also have a huge year.  Their only real challenges are a home game against Wisconsin and a game at UCLA.  Remember, Fresno almost beat USC at home in 2005, and although it's a different Fresno team, they could beat Wisconsin in Fresno.
