first is like a dot or line. second is like a square. third is a cube. fourth is time. so to answer your question, the fourth dimension and on cant be measured.

And about square and cubes they are measured in powers of inches that is inches power 2 and inches power 3.

There is no dimension which cannot be measured by inches or meteres or foot.

Time, temps, angular velocity, acceleration, viscosity, resistance etc. are not dimensions, are the points to be noted.
