target because there more stores available than wal mart around and solection and price are still good. one thing to keep in mind that wal mart have too much items made form china and really ripping us off since they make $1 million dollars and wal mart workers are not getting enought money working for wal mart Now I heard someone on yahoo answer when they wanted to put a strike on wal mart someone said that girls between age of 10 to 13 years old are getitng 15 cents an hour in china. what a pity!!!!!!!!!

probably kmart but we don't have any around here. #2 would be target but again none here... last on any list would be walmart cause that's ALL we do have around here.  I HATE WALMART !!!!!!

I like Target the best out of those, mainly because my stepdaughter is very tall and slim and they are one of the few places I can actually find clothes that fit her well.
