  2. Water, exercise, staying away from carbs, if you take a short cut, you’ll get a short cut, but in your case the diet pill company is getting a short cut to your wallet. I went on a vegetable diet for 6 months, I did eat peanut butter; the same as meat, I did exercise. The key is exercise before you eat, gets your blood flowing, and it also gets your adrenalin going. The reason is even though you stopped working out your body still remains in that hyper mode, and by working out and then eating your body will digest all of the food you have consumed and will burn up any fatty cells that you have also consumed. Never eat late, then go right to bed you can gain weight very fast by doing this try what I did and will work and also you will feel better about yourself by working hard for it then taking the short cut that so many of us have become accustom to.

    try slimquick,they work really good,and are not unhealthy.

    i also take coconut oil pills witch work great,

    but you have to still exersise and eat healthy.

Phentermine will work, you won't be hungry and it gives you a huge boost of energy!  May keep you awake at night at first until you get used to it.  I used them a few years ago and actually tried again this year, but they did not work.  I was starving within a few hours.  I read that you get immune to them, and I totally believe it. So if you have not used them - you should see some good results within a few months.
