  2. A healthy diet. All of these crash diets you read about (like atkins, the soup diet etc) are not healthy, they do cause dramatic weight loss upfront but damage your metabolism etc and are unhealthy for you in the longrun. Eat healthy foods, lean meats (chicken, turkey, fish), fruits and veggies, 100% whole wheat breads etc. Stay away from all the processed crappy foods, sugar filled foods, deep fried foods etc.
