Which digital Camera is The best?

I want one that is really slim.& takes Good pictures & Good videos.

Go to you local specialist photographics store not a department store ask for advice and buy it from them if your happy with their help. The staff are usually photographers themselves so they can assist you unbiased. Unlike department stores that push whatever brand is subsidising large kickbacks this month

Well, I'm not sure of your criteria for "really slim" but here are a couple of ideas:

1.  Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ5S.  It has a 10X optical zoom.  It has a 3" LCD.  It will shoot motion video at 1280 x 720 at 30 fps.  It will take pictures up to 60 seconds long.  It comes with a 1000mAh lithium ion battery.

2.  Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX2K.  It has a larger 1/1.65" sensor.  It has optical image stabilization.  It will take pictures up to 60 seconds long.  It will shoot video up to 1280 by 720.   It comes with a 1150mAh lithium ion battery.  

3.  Casio EXILIM Pro EX-F1.  It also has a larger 1/1.8" sensor.  It will shoot motion video up to 1920 x 1080 at 60 fields per second, or higher frame rates at lower resolutions.  It will shoot in RAW format.  It will take pictures as long as 60 seconds or as short as 1/40000th of a second.  

There are also cameras with built in capabilities to do time lapse videos.  What are you trying to do?
