Which digital camera has the best audio quality during recording?

i dont want to spend too much. preferably under 300 dollars. i go to lots of concerts and want to have the best audio/video as possible and still take good pics

I haven't found a good way to compare the sound quality of cameras.  I'd recommend just getting one that has stereo sound like the Canon Powershot TX1.
