Which digital camera is the best out of these?

Any other suggestions for under £100 would be much appreciated (preferably kodak, but if not any other good ones - more than 3x optical zoom)

The 1285 is about a year newer technology and has a few added features over the 885 ... however the 885 uses stage of the art Li-ion batteries, so you may find that compelling.

While you are visiting dpreview, look for other cameras in your price range and have the features you want and need in a P&S camera.  If you look for cameras that use SD memory cards, your choices will be much larger.
