Which digital camera should i buy please?

Ok so i want to buy a digital camera. I always blur pictures when i take them on my phone so i'd like on with good image stabilistation (i think digital and optical from what i've read). I mainly want it for taking pictures of friends but also some out door shots for my holiday in vegas and the grand canyon this summer. Oh and also quite slimish but i'd rather have a better camera than a thin c**p one. Price range up to about £150 / $300 (camera only).

I was thinking the

canon IXUS 80IS or

panasonic lumix DNC FS3 or

Fujifilom finepix Z200fd, in that order.

Any suggestions which is better or another one? Any help would be great,

Thank you

  1. Canon's always have the best picture quality. Fujifilm is c**p. Go with Canon.

  2. I just got the Sony W130.  I've really liked it so far.  it comes with super steady shot so I don't get a whole lot of blurry pics.  It has 8.1 megapixels, and comes in I think four different colors, plus it has a lot of different shooting options like 9 point auto focus, face detection, smile shutter, and a lot more.  I paid about $240.00

  3. Most decent new cameras will have a stabilization system.

The best way is just learn to stop shaking, and moving until you are certain that the picture is done being taken.  Or get a tripod or monopod and carry it with your camera.

Sony and Nikon have very nice "little" models.  The only way to really know which will work for you is to go to the store are try some out... it's digital, so you aren't wasting film.

  4. the canons are nice

  5. hi.i have just bought the canon ixus 950 is from argos.reduced from 330.00 to 150!!!!8 mp,4x optical zoom.has image stabilisation, red eye correction.hope this helps

  6. canon IXUS 80IS

  7. Canon SD1100IS - This is very slim camera, 8 megapixel, image stabilization, and lots of features. Comes in a variety of colors. $249.99.

Canon Rebel XTi - This is a D-SLR by Canon. Extremely high performance, but pretty large. Has almost any feature you can think of, and takes excellent night-time pictures. $699.99 (including lens.)

Canon A590IS - Just a great overall camera. Not exactly slim, but way smaller than a D-SLR. Probably the best value on the market right now. $179.99.

Hope this helps and have fun in Vegas!
