  1. If you already received your coupons, you likely know that you have 90 days to redeem them and your clock is already ticking.  In the case of these converter boxes, they are both low end and one is likely as good (or bad) as the other.  I bought the two low end boxes from Target with mine and had to chip in $8 for one and $12 for the other in addition to the $40 coupon.  Both were pretty bad and I assume that these two choices are too.  If you searched the Internet, you probably found a review for this one.  http://review.zdnet.com/tv-hdtv-tuners-r...  

    If time is not an issue with your converter coupon, I suggest that you wait for the Echostar TR-40, which won't cost you anything but sales tax, since it will retail for $40.  It is supposed to be out sometime this month.

    The two Best Buy boxes will cost you $20 for either one and if you just have to use your coupon before it expires, there are cheaper boxes at Walmart and Target.
