Which digital non-SLR cameras have the fastest lenses?

Not fast as in time from start up to taking pictures or speed of auto-focus; I mean fast lenses, that do better in lower light situations…

Most non SLR cameras have a zoom and most of the zooms are not that fast.  If you have one that is f2.8, you are fortunate, f 3.5+ is far more common.  

I would not worry about lens speed, however, your shutter speed is generally adjusted to meet the needs of the situation and you will have no control over it.
