  1. yeah most martial arts will do this to some extent. i think kung fu and capoeira are really good.


  2. practically all of them will improve all of these areas.

    find out what is available in your area. look on the net, in the yellow pages etc.

    ask yourself what your goals are and talk it over with the instructors near you and see which art/school will suit your goals best.

  3. Wushu and Kung fu. Actually, Wushu is Kung fu and Kung fu is Wushu ;)

    But Chinese martial arts probably cover body conditioning the most as well as Kyokushin karate
