Which do u think will get halback gidley or finch?

i've read the paper and the nsw selectors are watching these two closely in this week games

Finch is too much of a dirty player & Gidley is only this week about to play half, he regularly plays Fullback.Finch would be prone to the referees whistle & in a State of Origin Series that is something you don't want unwanted penalties given away.Although his form has been a bit indifferent Matt Orford should be given the job, he is a kicker of the ball whether it be for line-touch or in front of goal & is also a very good scheming playmaker, Orford will be up against Finch this Friday night in a game which Manly should win we will then see how things come out.

gidley definately

he never dissapoints, always fires up his team and is better than finch.

finch has his ok games, 1 or 2 good games and a few bad games.. so wouldn't trust him

I think Kurt Gidley should get the role, both have been there before I just have more faith in Gidley as he never seems to play bad, whilst Finch is very incosistent and I don't think selectors should take that risk. Good news for NSW in about two years we'll have Mitchell Pearce as halfback for about 10 years.

Finch has had been a more consistent half for Parra than in previous years but Gidley has more rep experience, leadership experience and is playing well so far this season. Gidley will be in the team anyway so they might be able to utilise the bench better if they start him in the run on squad.
