i would say one of the best action movies would be no country for old men. one of the rush hours for fighting movie and simpsons for comedy

best comedy: Wedding Crashers. I've watched it many times and it still makes me laugh.

best action: The Matrix. I personally found the first one to be an amazing movie. Awesome action.

best fight movie: Fight Club. Who doesn't love it?

best tear jerker: This one is hard, but I'm going to say eith The Green Mile or What Dreams May Come. They are both so deep and just really touch your heart.

Comedy : Airplane 1: it is the pioneer film in the spoof genre and no matter how many times i watch it it doesn't get old

Action : Pulp Fiction: it is a complete masterpiece by filmmaker quentin tarrantino and shows some amazing scenes and some of the best writing ever

Fight Movie : Fight Club: well, how about one with the word fight in its title? the directing from Fincher was perfect or near so, especially with the appearances from Tyler before he was introduced into the movie as a main character. And the ending if this movie was truly astounding and the only movie that i have ever seen that i could not predict in the slightest.

Tear Jerker : i'm not into this type of movie but ill give you the most recent i've seen, The Kite Runner: with fantastic performances and a critically acclaimed story that is considered one of the best books of all time, i recommend you see it before reading the book, like i did, so you can think it was a great movie (the book belittles the movie)

Best Comedy: Monty Python and the Holy Grail - love british comedy.

Best Action: LOTR trilogy - while it may be long it has some of the best computer graphics and battle scenes

Best Fight: Fight Club - just downright awesome... you can't go wrong with Fight Club - although Boondock Saints is a close second.

Best Tear Jerker: Saving Private Ryan, Schindler's List, Titanic, etc. There are too many to just pick one.
