subway. quiznos are good, but they haven't really proven that they can help in burning fat, besides subway is cheaper and much tastier.

Well, I like both......Subway for the cheesey herb bread and the freshness.  Quiznos for the better meat and toasty bread !

Subway is way better.

there bread is fresh.

there lettuce and tomato's are approved by the American heart association.

and they have 5 dollor foot longs...

and there bread doesn't get brick hard when you toast it.

and you can re-heat it in the microwave and is STILL good...unlike quiznos.

In my area I have to vote for Quizno's. The Subways around here are all franchised and get really skimpy on their meats and veggies. I have tried a few different Subway's around here and they are all the same. Quizno's however is pretty decent with their portions, course their prices are a little steeper too. But I would rather pay a steeper price and get better food.

I like them both, but I like subway better for their bread choices, but I like quiznos better because they have Pepsi products! :)

My absolute favorite though is a northeast chain called D'Angelo's. They make the best ceasar wraps!

Definitely Subway!  I love the Italian B.M.T. on Italian herbs and cheese bread, toasted.... yummmmm.  Oh, and you can cookies instead of chips.  Believe it or not, but their white chocolate macadamia nut cookies are the best!!

subway vs quiznos.

i have to go with subway but i dont know ive only been to quiznos 2 times. but their the same.

just sometimes if your lucky and enter subway, the bread is nicely cooked. though sometimes, its a little burned.

it depends on what they are making. like maybe you enter quiznos, and the workers made a mistake and really burned the ham. oh well.

Subway was great when they had the pastrami, sadly only for a limited time, and their chicken pizzola was great! Shame they discontinued the best sandwiches!
