Growing up in AFL country you would think i would enjoy it but that is not the case i have been a storm member from day one and i play and ref rugby. it is a more physical and manly game unlike AFL

NRL, I can watch teams i go for and still enjoy it. In AFL, I can only watch my team, the Swans without getting board. Any other games played just don't interest me. Also, AFL frustrates me because they miss so many goals from just 20 or 30 metres out and they practice kicking all there lives!!!

nrl is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better than afl the only team i can watch is swans somtimes.... but the rest is boring. in nrl u see all these great plays but in afl its like checkers u kick from player to player until u get to the other side. there is no great plays you don't see anyone running from one side to another

Growing up in Sydney but now living in the United States I would say I prefer NRL but honestly I think AFL have a great game. Their product is the most sort after by networks and fans are far more passionate about their games by the numbers attending them NRL fans.

NRL State of Origin can't be beat in my book but I have seen some great AFL games in my time.

AFL is the best football game devised to date. Rugby is best suited to those who are unable to think laterally.

the afl is better cause the way they play is getting u ready for a higher level. the nrl doesnt do that. plus the afl u can hit people and make them flip against the wall.

I gotta go with AFL, nrl bores me to death, i've never managed to finish watching a game - and i even understand whats going on. AFL however i can watch any team, even if the hawks arn't playing its still fun.

Its funny how people have said that the the only afl games they can watch are when swan are playing because they play the most frustrating type of footy to watch ever! Its so stilted, there is no flow....but whatever pushes your buttons....
