  1. Of course we all know it is best to live alone-- away from either of your families, because you are establishing your own home.  However, due to circumstances, you must choose, and having the children adds more dimension to the decision.  First choose the home where the parents will be able to tolerate the noise and activity of the children. Some parents cannot and will not be able to do that because of their health.  Also choose the home where you will be most welcome.  Explain that your moving in will be temporary.  Do all you can in their home to keep it clean and neat-- help out all the time.  Don't become a burden-- but a blessing to them.  Don't let your parents get stressed out with your family-- that is not fair.  Since you are going to join them, teach your children how to be respectful of their grandparents.  Try to keep looking for jobs and become a contributer to the family.  If you will do your part, most families will cooperate with you.  --- Toni D.

  2. If you're comfortable with your family then stay....

His family might be a bit judgemental, but if they're lovely ppl and willing to let you and the kids stay then...

    Its a win win situation....

  3. If I was in this situation, first of all, I would make sure that I had a job to support my family. Sponging off family members should not be an option. There are plenty of jobs that are available if you really want to work and do the right thing.

  4. His family
