  1. Live of course. you just can't beat the atmosphere. Its fantastic to see fans of all the teams getting on so well. everyone is friendly and will chat to each other. We've camped at silverstone 5 times, been to France and Germany and still wanted to go to more. I always record the quali and the race to watch again when I get home though:)

Julian is absolutely right. the whole weekend is one long party. The German fans were brilliant. we ended up spending a bit of time at a bar at the track with a few of them, they made our day. We also bumped into some Italian Alonso fans and when he won it was fantastic. The were hugging me and jumping up and down, great fun. I'm gutted I'm not going this year, I'll have to do 3 next year to make up for it!!!

  2. Live, done it 4 times, 3 at Silverstone, 1 at Spa. Best to make a mini holiday out of it to get some drniking done!!

  3. i prefer TV than watching live. because entire money is saved. and in TV we can view in all the possible angles... reply.. ads.. etc much more on TV

  4. of course live you can see all the action but in t.v.  you don´t spend money but live its coolest!!

  5. tv is good for me - better to follow.  pull out my laptop and check lap times and what have you and see the action... and convenient as well..

  6. live for sure..the atmosphere, noise, talking with other F1 fans etc..you can always watch the race on tv when you get home... I will be going to Fuji this year..

  7. i've never been to a Grand Prix! blub! blub!

  8. i say neither really just the highlights.. in person i dont like all the dust, smoke in stuff in my face, so the TV highlights are cooler and more comfortable to me

  9. live of course! If u ever attended a gp, u will most definitely agree that live is much better than watching it on tv and look at it this way, no commercial ads!

  10. Live... can't show the atmosphere at the race on TV!!!

  11. I haven't been to a race. On the TV, we can get a good view of the cars from our living room. But if you sit in the stands, your view is only limited to a certain area of the track, unless there's a screen nearby.

However, the atmosphere of a live race is something you can't buy. It's really happening and the crowd will be really hyped up before the race. So, I think a live race is better. Hopefully I'll be able to attend one in the near future. ;p

  12. On TV ofcourse at the comfort of your home. No expenses, you will see all the corners of the race track, all the crashes, who are fighting neck&neck, current driver positions, time difference, hear commentary and pit radio, watch slowmo replays, weather predictions, etc...
