I would say it is a toss up between the NL Central and the NL East. Both of these divisions have been up for grabs by 3 teams.

  1. Twins and White Sox are battling it up a lot, but as a Cubbies fan, I gotta say NL Central. There's 3 great teams each trying to get to the top. Cards got Pujols and Ludwick, BrewCrew got Braun and Fielder, and Cubs got Ramirez and Soriano (and many more). Go Cubs! :)

  2. AL East, for obvious reasons, AL West is tough, simply because of the Angels

  3. THE NL EAST

The Mets, The Marlins and the Phillies are all close to first place i think withing like 3 games

  4. for a while it was the AL east because everyone was over 500 at the same time and the division was separated by about 5 games. but now its the NL central because the 3 best teams in the national league are in that one division and it will be interesting to see which two teams make the playoffs

  5. AL East Like always

  6. I would say NL Central with AL East being a close Second

If you combine the records of the top 3 teams in each division, the NL Central leads by 1 game

I think the Cubs and Brewers are two complete Power Houses and the Cardinals are a good team and that those 3 could beat any team in the NL. The AL East is good but I think the Rays are overrated because theyve played most of their games at home where there very good  and there last series on the road was against the team with the worst record in the AL. The Red Sox are a great team but without Manny Ramirez they arent nearly as good (although Jason Bay is a great player) The Yankees are just too beat up.

So I think the NL Central is better than the AL East but not by that much.

  7. al central. Those pesky twins wont give in to the sox booooooo

  8. This year I would have to say the NL Central East or the AL East for the same reasons you have stated.

As for over the years I would say the NL West.  I know that no team has won over 100 games since 2001 or 2002 but they have consistently been the most evenly matched division for years. From 2002-2007 that division has supplied the wild card team 3 times (NL Central 2 times & NL East 1 time)

  9. nl central

  10. NL West.
