his skin color is irrelevant and is beneath an intelligent persons notice. who the man IS is what is important.

His stand on the guest worker idea has great merit- i worked as a guest worker in another country and as such was PROTECTED by the laws governing it AND the Citizens of that country were PROTECTED as well. a win win situation

McClain & Bush's fence idea is Ludicrous and will only cost us taxpayers even more than we pay now.

I am ultraconservative.  I would have no problem voting for a "clean articulate" black person for any office as long as they agreed with my positions.  As people discover Obama is actually from the extreme left of the country his support will wane, this would be like Republicans running a grand Wizard from the KKK. Sorry I forgot the Democrats have a senator who was a grand Wizard in the KKK.  Senator Byrd in case you've forgotten also.

As to the use of the word colored, in my lifetime persons of African descent who live in the United States, or at least their so-called leaders have gone from wanting to be called ***** to color to black to African-American.  The NAACP, the United ***** College fund have names that are now not considered politically correct.  As always I expect thumbs down

The man is not even 1/2 african american.  I read something where the percentage was more like 1/8.  I think he is hurt by the fact that he has never established a firm, defined position on anything, except extreme liberalism.
