  1. i would definitly say lowfat or fatfree milk. this is becuase it has the same effects on your body as water, but mikhas nutritional value. and not many americans get all the calcium they need to be healthy!

  2. water after 15 mins... dont drink after u have eaten allow ur food to be digested well.

  4. Water. If you don't have enough water in your body and you have an operation it's not good my dad tells me. I know that if your urine is white your drinking enough water. If it's yellow your not drinking enough.

  10. Purely preference but water does not add fat to the meal and does not curdle when it comes into contact with anything citrussy which milk would do.  Milk can make you sick if it meets lemon or lime or orange.

    Milk is best thing for chilli.

    Water is the worst thing to use when you have bitten on a piece of chilli - it gets the chilli all around the mouth and further down the food chain.

    drinking water helps wash down food, and keeps it moving along the digestive tract.

    water also helps keep up your production of saliva, which is necessary for the mouth's role in digestion (breaking down, liquefying).

    milk is very nutritious, but when comparing them side by side, water is a more effective digestive aid. i assume you want to digest your meal properly.
