  1. Depends.  Look at their respective specification sheet and look at the voltage and amps they use then compare.


  2. A standard desktop with a 17" CRT monitor may run in the 150-350 watt range, with most of the power going to the monitor.

    A 13" CRT TV may run about 50-70 watts.
