Definitively the ability to stop ageing!

Ageing is a biological phenomenon that we will soon understand and eventually overcome if we think we should.

But travelling back in time is a physical impossibility for the universe as we know it now. In the future, we may manipulate information that exceed the speed of light and thus affecting the past but the idea of humans travelling back in space will most probably remain in science-fiction litterature.

The ability to stop aging.  It doesn't contravene any physical laws.  We're fairly close already.  It's just a matter of solving some genetic engineering and political problems.  I mean, there are already too many people around.  I should be able to live forever of course, but who else should?  But we don't even know for sure that time travel is possible; cause and effect, killing your grandfather, going into the future and bringing back scientific knowledge that nobody worked for.  IMHO time travel is impossible.
