  1. peterson if he was never hurt in college he would have gone 1 or 2 overall.

  2. Adrian Peteresen will be on a Ladanian Tomlinson level in 5 years or less

  3. Adrian Peterson!

  4. Frank Gore at 65th overall

  5. brandon

  6. close one....i think they were both good steals...

how about Brandon Marshall in the 4th round?

  7. Devin Hester.

He scored 14 TDs since he's been drafted and that's more than anyone on the Bears in the last two years. AP is a great RB, but he has a great O-line to bloCK for him and Devin Hester is by himself.

  8. Devin Hester was the biggest steal compared to the Adrian.  Adrian Peterson was a great pick for the Vikings but he was still a first round pick it wasn't like he dropped to the second round.  Vikings was lucky that he landed at the 7th pick and people knew Peterson was going to be a great RB.  But Devin Hester was the 57th pick overall and not a lot of people thought he would have an explosive career like his been having.  He was drafted as a cornerback and all of a sudden became an exciting return specialist.

  9. AP of course.

  10. No contest, Peterson legitimately should have been the number 1 overall pick. Barring some freak, career ending injury the Vikings will win a lot of games on his back. Hester is quite a novelty, but he doesn't play DB anymore, and he is a project at WR. A lot of physical gifts for Hester no doubt, but no real defined place to use them besides special teams.

  11. There are two great return men in the league. They are many great runningbacks and they are easy to find. Hester is a rare brand. People would have selected him in the first round if they knew how good of a KR/PR he is.
