  1. Out of these two I would choose option 2, much more appropriate for a wedding.

  2. both are very cute. it depends on the colors of the wedding. the second one is great bc it kinda s**y but not gross and trashy. ppl are going to be looking at the singer all night so she needs to look good.

  3. I think the second one (purple one)  is better suited for a singer because it's simple but elegant and sophisticated

  4. OMGGG!!!!!!!!! I TOTALLY LOVE THE FIRST DRESSSS!!! It depends. If the party has a lot of pink and is flowery then the 1st one. If its more really fancy and professional then the 2nd one. I reallllllly reallllyyy reaaalllllyyyy like the 1st one!!!

  5. Neither one would be appropriate for a professional singer, however they might be appropriate for what you are doing, we would need more context.

If singing at an event - wear formal dress (above the knee is not appropriate unless it's a costume for a specific song). If you're going to be on stage wear closed-toe shoes (no sandals, nothing with a cutout toe). Make sure you're comfortable taking whatever bows you're going to take. You don't want to have to hold your hand on your chest to bow.

At 16 I'm assuming that your role would be informal enough that you could get away with those, although I would still recommend a shawl or wrap. And showing cleavage is just as tacky when you're curtseying as when you're bowing. Think about the mechanics, it'll show with either.

  6. The first.

  7. The one with less "cleavage" than the bride. <}:-})

  8. Honey, it all depends on your complexion. If you have tan skin, or overall olive, go for the white so as to contrast it. For paler tones, go to the purple. But I much prefer the purple, much sexier choice. You are meant to dazzle, but go for a simple white oversize bag and black pumps. Never out-dazzle the bride!

  9. I would not choose either - but it really depends on the type of wedding.  I realise you are still young but I still strongly recommend a dress that goes at least too - if not below your knees.  Are you singing at the ceremony or at the reception?  Will you be in a church or outside?  Is it formal or casual?  Are you a guest as well?  Will you be on a platform/stage?  (Remember - if you are going to be standing higher than those watching you - you will definately be wanting a longer dress!  Knees look horrible on stage!)

I think black is also a much safer option for colour - unless the bride has specified something.  Here are a few dresses that I think would be more appropriate and you should be able to use them again... the prices are also much better!

Just keep in mind all the answers to the questions above...

ie - if you are in a church then knees and shoulders should be covered

    - if it is a night wedding then sparkles all the way!  But if it is a day time wedding then something simple would be better

    - if it is outside then you don't want a dress that is going to fly up in the wind!, etc.

I think these are quite classy but have the benefit of being able to be dressed up or down. Plus they can be wore again :) Blacks such a universal colour all these dresses need are some accessories :)

Would suggest jewellery but she seems to have gone on some mad native american rampage so i wouldnt get jewellery from there :)

  11. Neither

  12. I'd go with the first one.  The second one looks a little provocative for a singer at a wedding reception.

  13. the first one :) it looks more wedding-ish, and the other looks like you would be singing at a teenager's party maybe??? lol idk...

  14. i don;t think i  would appreciate a singer wearing those onsoms at my wedding, i would like t osee a black eveing gown

  15. I love the first one very cute

  16. The 1st one.

  17. Out of the two I would do with the first.

Those dresses are very expensive!  Check out forever21.com!

  18. well i like the 2nd one but its depends if your wedding has a theme if it  has a color pick which dress would go better closer to the color

  19. Honestly I say neither. They look like something a 16 yr old would wear. unless you are 16 I wouldn't wear those. I would prefer someone at my wedding wearing a long gown.

  20. The first one is ok, I guess. The second one is ugly.

  21. they're both beautiful, but for this occasion you should wear the second one.

  22. They both suck.

  23. Of those two, the first one. The second one is great if you're singing at a club or something, but not appropriate for a wedding.

The problem with the first one is that it looks very young. If you're going to spend $200 on a dress, why not get a classic that you can wear for several years? I love these two:
