Technically any drink with coffee can have as much as you want, just tell them how many shots you want. But off the menu the most caffeine will come in the Venti Double shot on ice. 5shots. you can always add more to that. I think the most shots I put in someones drink was 9.

one shot of espresso is 75 mg of caffeine

a venti size black coffee has about 415 mg... (tall has about 260 mg)

you do the math....

so the chick that said a venti double shot has the most was wrong, it only has 375 mg of caffeine....

SO.... if you want a lot of caffeine get a venti coffee and add as many shots of espresso as you want!
