Which ebay country has the lowest listing fees?

I wanted to sell something on ebay but I don't have to sell it in the USA. I was wondering if there are other countries ebay sites that have lower listing fees. EBAY ONLY please. Not other auction sites.

You could check out these books. As far as i know, the cheaper the country's currency, the cheaper the fee will be.
