Which electric shaver shaves the closest & best??

After experiencing shaving rashes on my neck with mach 3 I decided to try an electric. I bought Braun 360° Complete 8985 Electric Shaver and it is awful. It just wont shave my neck hair unless I spend forever trying it in every possible direction. Its c**p! Who can tell me a good electric shaver that definitely shaves well on the neck and doesnt take forever!??
