Which empire do you think is greater the Happsburg Empire or the Prussian Empire?

Yes, but there never was a formal Hapsburg Empire. Or a Prussian one. The Hapsburgs were dominant in the Holy Roman    Empire and pre-Bourbon Spain. The Prussian Empire included a German state called Prussia that was part of the Holy Roman Empire till it was abolished. Then it was the Kingdom of Prussia. One of their kings managed to unite Germany. He became the German Emperor and Prussian King.

Both were doomed monstrosities but on a larger scale Prussia was far more successful. Though Prague was in AuH, making it automatically the best country on Earth.... :)
