Which energy company??

Which is the best energy company for electric and gas? at the moment me and my partner are with EDF energy and live in a two bedroom flat, so we don't really use that much. Does anyone get any good rates?

We have CL&P (Connecticut Light and Power) plus we pay them a little extra and they give us 50% of our energy from renewable resources like solar, wind, etc I forget our gas and our oil is gualt and they are great.

After pondering this for a while, we switched to a renewable energy company, Bullfrog. Our electricity is now produced by wind and non destructive hydro. It's a bit more expensive. We still heat with natural gas though.

we are with scottish and southern for leccy, who are 'a bit green' due to their hydroelectric capacity. we get a good rate from them.

I have been with Good Energy for my electric for a few years, they support 100% renewable energy, so for every unit i buy from them, they give to the small renewable energy company's, 1 being a family who get energy from a waterfall in Wales.  They give you the info when you contact them.  I have to say i dont compare costs, i go on ethics.

I didn't know that you had a choice. every where that I have live, you go with the only that is connected to your house.

And the only way to change utility companies is to move to a different area.

It might help to say what area you live in.
