I have never drank any nor do I ever plan to!

I know someone that had to be taken to the hospital E.R. after drinking one recently.

red bull or monster, but both are not good for you they give you a short boost of energy then make you feel like c**p its like liquid crack in a can !

If you want more energy pop some B 12 vitamins or eat your veggies !!!

Well I've tried all of them and I would have to say monster.

But to me they seemed all really close to giving me the same amount of energy.

ive personally never tried ne but my partner has an addictin to them im sure i was clearing out his van and he must of had 30 empty cans of red bull behind the drivers seat :(  ....i think i remeber hearing its bad for your heart ...
